website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dhofar Global Trading LLC’S (Dhofar Global)

Definitions:

Customer: means the individual or entity who accesses the website (either itself or through a

representative), whether to purchase services or Products or for whatsoever other reason.

Materials: means all of the materials displayed on the Website, including (without limitation) all

information, text, graphics, names, logos, trademarks, design, software and advertisements.

Products: means the products listed on the Website for purchase by Customers.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Dhofar Global indemnified against any liabilities, costs, demands,

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such

provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

14. Variation of Terms

Dhofar Global reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use

this Website, you will be deemed to have confirmed that you have reviewed the changes to these Terms

and Conditions and your agreement to the same.

15. Assignment

Dhofar Global may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms and

Conditions without notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of

your rights and obligations without prior written consent.

16. Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws of

the United Arab Emirates, State of Qatar and Sultanate of Oman (as applicable).

17. Dispute Resolution:

17.1 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be referred to the

following competent authorities for each relevant jurisdiction:

• For UAE to the DIFC Courts, Dubai, United Arab Emirates;

• for the State of Qatar to the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration

(QICCA); and

• for the Sultanate of Oman to the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OAC)

17.2 By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms

and Conditions.
